Founded in 2007 by Killington local. Mark Fiore, our company has grown from a one-man show to a small, family business that is one of Killington region’s most trusted and comprehensive excavating and property services companies. Offering an array of excavating and property services, we pride ourselves on creating lasting relationships with clients while maintaining a strong commitment to delivering peerless results. 

By collaborating with homeowners, builders, sub-contractors and landscape architects in the Killington region, we bring a local perspective to the process, while holding ourselves to exacting standards of efficiency and excellence. We ensure a seamless, transparent experience for our clients, and view each new project with professionalism and integrity. 

Our Services include Excavating, Snow Plowing, Lawn and Field Mowing, Driveway Grading and Resurfacing, Light Hauling and Trucking, technical Tree Work, Site Clearing, Foundations, Retaining Walls and other Pre-Construction Services.

Who We Are

MARK FIORE, OWNER/OPERATOR

Mark Fiore, started Fiore Property Services in 2007 to address the property needs of Killington first and second homeowners. Originally a property maintenance and services company, offering property security checks, lawn care, snow removal and trash hauling, Fiore Property Services has now grown to offer so much more. Mark is experienced in running large equipment. He also has a skill for scheduling and managing jobs and details. He particularly enjoys “playing with big toys” – doing excavation work in the summer and snow plowing in the winter.

ENZO MANTELLO, OPERATOR

One of the newest members of our family, Enzo is an important part of the Fiore Property Services Team. He is experienced in snow plowing, technical tree work, lawn care, excavation work and other “dirt work”.

RUGER, SITE SUPERVISOR

Ruger, the border collie, is on site for all jobs making sure we are doing everything up to his standards.
